Rhode's Breadsticks

I made these breadsticks the other night for dinner with some friends. I'm not sure where I got this recipe i just know that it's deliscious.

Thaw as many rolls as you would like to serve. Cover them as if you were rising them so they don't get crusty on the outside.

Once thawed roll the rolls out to breadstick shape and set on a greased cookie sheet. After they are all rolled out. melt 4T of butter and and 1/2T of garlic salt. pour some parmesean cheese on to a seperate plate. Roll the breadsticks into the butter mixture then in to the parmesean cheese. Set on cookie sheet and cover. As soon as they have risen to your desired size bake them at 350 for 15 minutes.

Layered Jell-o

Okay so i'm not sure if this is a midwest thing or not but it's SUPER YUMMY! My kids ask for it all the time. It's so tasty and easy to make.

4 (different colors/flavors) 3oz pkg of Jell-o
hot water
ice cold water
1C of sour cream
9x9 pan. If you double the recipe you can use a 9x13

Dissolve 1 pkg of jell-o in to 1c of hot water. Split in half and add 2T of sour cream to one half and 2T of ice cold water to the other half. Pour the half with sour cream into the pan and chill til stiff. Pour the other half on top and chill til stiff. Each layer takes about 20 minutes. Repeat with the other colors/flavors. It's a fun and tasty treat.
